Sara Massini

I am a psychologist specialized in psychological intervention in development and health in developmental age. I started as a volunteer young leader within the Italian National Youth Forum and ENGSO Youth, where she developed competencies as a non-formal education trainer and project analyst in the youth and sport field. I moved to advocacy and youth policy by promoting sport and healthy life style for ENGSO Youth within the European Youth Forum and started then to lead the European sport SCORE project in ENGSO about gender equality in coaching. This lead me to become the head of the international department of OPES Italia, sport organization belonging to the Italian Olimpic Committee network. Nowaday, I have been been recently elected in the role as Secretary General of ENGSO working to promote grassroots sport as the engine for stronger, healthier and more equal communities.
